TaiyariAI operates a strict NO-REFUNDS, NO-CANCELLATIONS policy. Once a transaction is successfully completed, you are granted immediate access to our premium suite of study planners, CBT adaptive mocks, full question banks, and AI tools. As these are digital, instantly-activated services, we cannot retract access once issued, and therefore we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
When you purchase a Premium plan on TaiyariAI, you receive direct, unthrottled access to proprietary digital databases, live AI analysis pipelines, and digital study assets. These resources are consumed dynamically. Because the service delivery occurs immediately at the point of checkout, the transaction is considered final, complete, and non-refundable.
In the rare event that your account is charged but your premium subscription is not activated automatically, please do not initiate a dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Instead, immediately contact our billing department at support@taiyariai.com with your transaction receipt from Razorpay. We will manually resolve the issue and activate your account within 12 to 24 hours.
Any fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims will result in immediate and permanent termination of your TaiyariAI account, including the loss of all progress, mocks, and analysis history. We maintain detailed transaction records and server access logs which are shared with payment gateways and legal authorities in case of dispute investigations.
