To access certain premium features (such as custom mock tests and AI doubt solving), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the TaiyariAI platform and CBT simulator for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree NOT to: - Share your login credentials or account access with other individuals. - Scrap, crawl, download, or copy the questions, mock tests, database, or explanations on TaiyariAI using bots, scripts, or browser extensions. - Use the platform to train competitive AI models or software engines. - Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software or AI logic on TaiyariAI.
We offer premium plans containing full simulator features. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription charges are billed immediately upon signup/renewal and are governed by our Refund Policy.
All materials, logos, layout designs, database structures, AI simulator code, custom hints, and explanations displayed on TaiyariAI are the intellectual property of TaiyariAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block your access to the platform immediately, without notice or liability, if we detect any suspicious activity or violations of these Terms (such as account sharing or web scraping).
TaiyariAI is not affiliated with the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) or any government entity. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. All disputes arising from these Terms or the use of TaiyariAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
